We own and operate Paesano Pizza and Sugo Pasta, Glasgow.
Sugo Pasta specialises in freshly made pasta dishes created by hand each day, we serve regional and seasonal dishes, adhering strictly to the process of production, cooking and provenance of the produce used in the varying regions of Italy.
Paesano Pizza was the first restaurant to bring Napolitan pizza to Glasgow.
We are obsessed with the traditional Neapolitan ways of making pizza and have recently been accredited by the Verace Association acknowledging that our pizzas are true to Napolitan standards.
